My Most Embarrassing Thing Ever

My most embarrassing moment ever came about 9 years ago when I was at Kouhanga. Let me just start by saying it was the worst day ever! OK here goes. After spending most of my life at about 40 pounds, I had began focusing on losing weight. I didn't have a lot of money to buy clothes as I lost the weight, and so my pants had started to become too big. Instead of buying pants that actually fit, I had started to use paper clips and rubber bands so they wouldn't fall down at kouhanga. That morning my teacher said what happened to your pants as she gave me some chocolates. Suddenly I felt my pants slipping. I prayed that my pants wouldn't fall down, I hurried to the edge of the parking lot, which happened to be right next to a huge van that was jam packed with children. I was squeezing my legs together and trying to push the door open whil holding my pants up. I finally reached the class room, grateful that my pants had stayed up.

My Dinosaur

Millions of years ago there lived a humongous dinosaur that was orange, in fact he was the only dinosaur that was orange. He looked nothing like his parents and his name was Carter the Triceratops. Carter the triceratops has huge horns, a tiny mouth, enormous bones and he looks like a rhino. He is a vegetarian and eats millions of leaves. He makes a huge mess in the city of New York. He is the only dinosaur in New York.

Christchurch Earthquake

At 1pm on Tuesdays 22 of February a major earthquake hit Christchurch. Their was no warning that there was going to be an earthquake happening. The cathedral got busted down by the earthquake. It was sad for the people in Crhistchurch.

Hospitals helped the injured, damaged and the sorrow. Even the people of Christchurch where trying to help out. As soon as John Key, the Prime Minister of New Zealand saw the news he took the first plane to Christchurch and said, “This is New Zealand’s Darkest Day.”

May the people of Christchurch have many happy days to come.
