on the weekends I went to my aunties wedding it was so boring because when we went in to the church the man started talking and he took for ever some of it was cool because we started singing the groom was pretty as and then they started kissing they kissed for only a half a second it was funny in the church because the man kept on telling jokes about people .

after the weeding every one that went to the weeding where invited to have a big as feed we had to wait for 1 hour and twenty two minute finally they came I was so hungry I thought I was going to have a feed but we didn't they started to took I was so bored then we started to have a feed I was so hungry I had all the donuts that where left and some chopsuie it was so cool I hope I HAVE ANOUTHER FEED

so we are on the bus going to kawau island and n the way we are watching chipmunks 2 half of the movie I was sleping then the bus stoped and I woke up I was so exited because we were going on a ferry it was my first time going on a ferry then we had morning and packed the bags on the ferry I looked at the warter and I could see some tiny fish I carried very heavy bags then

Camp Bentzon

Yeah every body on Tuesday we went to the most amazing camp ever it was Kawua island we had to take a big bus. There was a TV in it we watched chipmunks 2 it was so cool the time we got there we had to unpack the bus I looked at the water in the beach and how it was so clear we had morning tea then we packed all the bags on the ferry and hoped on.

on the way to Kawua island I was hopping to see a dolphin but I didn’t I did see heps of taxi boats fishing boats sailing boats big boats and normal boats and some times I would see some little fish I was shacking because when the ferry stopped we had to do the Haka I went up stairs and did it Dillion from my class started the haka at the time we finished I felt prety good.

now we are unpacking the ferry the water is clear as I could see a sting ray all the bags that I carried was heavy as when we finished unpacking we went for a walk to the beach we had to walk up a tall as mountain it was so hard walking up it I nealy died but it was worth it because when we got there I could see the beach and we got to have morning tea I went to the beach to play skims the most skims I did was nine then I started to build a hut but I did not have enough time we had to go.

GOING TO MARS


Once upon a time people were wondering what was the red star that never twinkled. One man said, ‘that star is not related to the sun’. Another man said, ‘that must be an old star that’s why it does not twinkle’ and so on and so forth.

Then, one day a wise old man named max siad‘I think the only way is to send somebody to space and ask him to find out what that red star is’. ‘Ok’, said everybody. They found a young boy named patrick. ‘Ok’, he said to the plan. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, blast off and away he went in the space ship.

as he went up he saw millions of stars that twinkled. After a while he landed on the planet. He said, ‘where am I. This should be called a planet’.So he jumped back into the space ship and went back to earth. Everyone was very excited to know what that star was, but he said that is not a star, it is a planet. But what should we name it?’ Mars;’ said everybody and that is the story of the red planet Mars.

My holiday

In the holidays me and my family went to the movies to watch loin king in 3D. It was so cool at the start when the baby lion was born and all of the animals came. It looked like they came out of the screen and when it started to rain it looked like the rain was coming out to.I liked that movie it was so cool I hope I can see it again during the movie we also had drinks and popcorn then when the movie finished we went to hang in the game room I had sixty dollars to spend I spent most of my time on the jet and I had to save fifteen dollars for Burger king it was cool in the game room
Then we went in to burger king to grab some lunch I had the big whooper it was yum

On Friday the 9th of September, the Rugby World Cup Kicked off. It was also the night to celebrate my aunty’s birthday. The opening ceremony was awesome. It got separated in to four parts. I reckon that it looked better on T.V, then live at Eden Park my teacher was stuck on a train.

To kick off the tournament, the MIGHTY ALL BLACKS took on TONGA. I had a feeling that the All Blacks were going to win. But I didn’t know the score was going to be 41 - 10 to the All Blacks. But i thought the Tonga team played pretty well.

The crowd was awesome when they were cheering for their teams. When the teams were doing the HAKA the crowd went CRAZY. People supported really well and some people even dressed up. Although the city struggled with the huge crowd, some people agreed that the opening ceremony was a huge success.

On Tuesday 23 of August we had news reporters come to Pt England School to view us on our netbooks. We had to make out like they weren't even there, it was so hard to stop looking at the camera. After they stopped filming us they said that we were a cool class.

life education


On Monday the 8 of august we went in to the life education bus to see Harold. We lined up biggest to smallest' the biggest sat at the back and the smallest sat in the front. First we got to see Harold.

He talked about his homework and how it was so hard for him. We said we will help you and he said okay. So then we did half and he did half. There were 4 sheets of paper with questions and steps to work on. Step one we talked about healthy food.

my hangi



On Saturday it was my Nan birthday. It took ages to set up a birthday party, soon other people came and they started to help some people went to get some veges like pumpkin and Kumar, cabbage and the meat was chicken and steak, brisket. The rest of us set up the tarpauline and the hangi. Then the hangi was ready for the kids. The Kids had the first packets of hangi, then we ate ours and it was the adults turn. They ate theirs and started to have a drink. The children started to play then a few minutes later we had to sing a happy birthday to my Nan. We were shy but we still sang it though then we had a piece of chocolate cake. The adults weren't aloud to have apiece of cake only my Nan it was a cool day.

My weekend

On Friday the 20th of May I went to my cousins house and I slept over for 3 nights and 4 days, on the bunk. It was fun because we played games on the X Box like, halo 1 and 2, Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, Blinx, and heaps more other games. there were three of us so it was hard to share. My cousins and I had breakfast with porridge and golden syrup on top then we went home because school was tomorrow. It was the coolest weekend ever, it was as cool as going Rainbows End. to I hope you read more of my blogs

My Most Embarrassing Thing Ever

My most embarrassing moment ever came about 9 years ago when I was at Kouhanga. Let me just start by saying it was the worst day ever! OK here goes. After spending most of my life at about 40 pounds, I had began focusing on losing weight. I didn't have a lot of money to buy clothes as I lost the weight, and so my pants had started to become too big. Instead of buying pants that actually fit, I had started to use paper clips and rubber bands so they wouldn't fall down at kouhanga. That morning my teacher said what happened to your pants as she gave me some chocolates. Suddenly I felt my pants slipping. I prayed that my pants wouldn't fall down, I hurried to the edge of the parking lot, which happened to be right next to a huge van that was jam packed with children. I was squeezing my legs together and trying to push the door open whil holding my pants up. I finally reached the class room, grateful that my pants had stayed up.

Millions of years ago there lived a humongous dinosaur that was orange, in fact he was the only dinosaur that was orange. He looked nothing like his parents and his name was Carter the Triceratops. Carter the triceratops has huge horns, a tiny mouth, enormous bones and he looks like a rhino. He is a vegetarian and eats millions of leaves. He makes a huge mess in the city of New York. He is the only dinosaur in New York.

Japanese Earthquake

On Friday at 2.45pm in the afternoon an earthquake hit Japan. It has been said that over 10.000
people are missing and dead people of japan have been screaming and some crying for a very long time. Some Japanese people have called helicopters to put them into a safe place. Some others are trying to get out of the country in cars. Billions of buildings have been busted down or on fire.

Christchurch Earthquake












At 1pm on Tuesdays 22 of February a major earthquake hit Christchurch. Their was no warning that there was going to be an earthquake happening. The cathedral got busted down by the earthquake. It was sad for the people in Crhistchurch.

Hospitals helped the injured, damaged and the sorrow. Even the people of Christchurch where trying to help out. As soon as John Key, the Prime Minister of New Zealand saw the news he took the first plane to Christchurch and said, “This is New Zealand’s Darkest Day.”

May the people of Christchurch have many happy days to come.
